1. You should receive 2 e-mails. The first with the notification of the awarded shares with all the documentation and the second with the bank transfer request document.


2. Review all documentation and sign all documents (share purchase certificate and bank transfer order to Jocs, S.A.)


3. Once signed, you will receive a copy of the signed documentation in your mail.


4. You will have to send the signed transfer order to your bank in order to execute the payment.


5. Once the transfer has been verified, you will receive a purchase confirmation certificate pending materialization of the capital increase before a notary public.


6. For the granting of notarial powers we will contact you to arrange the date that suits you best from September 4.
